The two majestic Presidential Suites, the Livia's and Augustus, would have provided a royal welcome for their namesakes. Both suites are extremely spacious, with a dining room, bar, lounge, butler kitchen, guest toilet and a bathroom which boasts a separate sauna as well as shower, spa bath, double vanity and bidet, all under a ceiling sky of Prussian blue studded with stars.

Guests will find a Business Panel of electric and telecomms points and direct dial telephones. Other amenities include a hairdryer, key-pad safe, second TV and a HI-Fi. The radio/TV offers SABC 1, 2, 3, E-TV, M-Net, selected DSTV channels and a pay TV channel.
